The contest is organized annually by Rotary Club Bucharest with the aim of encouraging, promoting, and recognizing excellence in the field of technical and IT innovation, as well as fostering entrepreneurship driven by innovation.

The judging panel is composed of competent and experienced members from various fields of interest, with Dorin Dumitru Prunariu serving as the president of the committee.
Both during the project selection process and the final ranking deliberation, the jury will evaluate based on the following criteria: project originality, practical applicability, development process, societal impact, measurability of benefits, and the project’s potential areas of application.
