In 2025, DIGITALUX® has the honor of being the main organizer of the global event The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR) from Timișoara. This special event will take place on Saturday, May 24, 2025, with the starting point at Paul Moto.
It is an international charity event dedicated to raising funds for the fight against prostate cancer and men’s mental health issues. The event is renowned for its elegant atmosphere, as well as for the meaningful support it provides to these vital causes.
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride was founded in 2012 in Sydney, Australia, by Mark Hawwa, inspired by the stylish image of the character Don Draper from the acclaimed TV series Mad Men. This event quickly became a global phenomenon and is now supported by The Movember Foundation and Triumph Motorcycles. Its mission is to raise funds for men’s health and to encourage open conversations around topics related to their mental and physical well-being.
The event stands out through its unique blend of passion for motorcycles and elegant fashion. Participants are invited to dress in stylish suits and ride classic or modern-classic motorcycles. In Timișoara, the event has been a remarkable success since 2018. Over the years, significant amounts have been raised to support charitable causes, and the 2025 edition promises to be just as impactful.

Până acum, în cadrul evenimentelor organizate în Timișoara, s-au adunat 33.600 de euro, iar pentru 2025, ținta locală este de 5.000 euro, sumă ce va fi direcționată către susținerea cercetării și prevenției bolilor menționate. Fiecare participant care se înscrie și contribuie la eveniment joacă un rol esențial în sprijinirea acestor cauze, iar atmosfera de camaraderie și eleganță face ca The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride să fie un eveniment de neuitat!
